Tax Lien Financing Corporation Request for Bids
The Tax Lien Financing Corporation (TLFC) is accepting bids from investors interested in purchasing up to 3300 liens held by the TLFC and attached to properties located in the City of Camden. Offers to purchase individual or multiple liens will be accepted but each lien must be sold at the full redemptive value of the lien based upon an anticipated award of liens on September 21, 2007.
Offers to purchase TLFC liens must be in accordance with the terms and conditions of a Request For Proposal (RFP) administered by XSPAND, the Servicer of TLFC liens. Parties interested in receiving the RFP must either submit a request in writing to Dean S. Reiche via facsimile transmission at (917) 849-4238 or via e-mail at dreiche@bear.com or electronically download the RFP at www.xspand.com no later than 5:00pm on August 15, 2007. The deadline for submitting offers to purchase TLFC liens is 5:00pm on August 24, 2007.
